Built into a Unocal that has one of the best looking gas station interiors in town. The owner has really worked to keep up the interior. Chicken and sides are very good. Beats the other popular fried chicken place (that national franchise) in town hands down. Locally owned so you can know that you're supporting Yuba City's economy. We go here at least once a month and are never disappointed. Do keep in mind that if you go too late the staff stop making chicken at some point and they will run out - so make sure you're on time for dinner.

Ghetto super star, that is what you are ... not really but I'll just about go anywhere to try good grub! I placed my order through Yelp and wanted to be in and out cuz the thing that scares me most about being in shady spots is getting my ride dinged by clueless potheads, dingbats, or just haters! Wasn't as quick as I hoped cuz this was also a bz gas station/food mart. Aye yiy, yiy! There were peeps in there I definitely did not wanna stand too close too! Anyway, when I finally got up and asked for my order the dude started to put it together. Really?!! It should've been all bagged up for me to grab go! Ok, ok, you didn't want my grub to get cold and stale. Fiiiiine. Very crispy, moist fried chic! Liked it! Honey butter biscuits were super yummy, love not having to mess with packets of honey to sweeten my butter biscuits! That alone stands out for me! The potato wedges were crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. YUMMY!!!
